I am trying to order some flash memory from TImasci, however, I can't get
a fax through, and customer service has not gotten back to me. Does
anyone know what is going on with them? I am ordering with an
institutional purchase order. Are they just having technical difficulties
or should I find a new company? Can anyone suggest another company?

You do realize that Sackville was snowed on (30+ cm) , rained on, blown on, flooded and frozen by the same weather systems that smacked the US Eastern Seaboard right?
It's quite possible that the office is temporarily down. I'd suggest trying again over the next couple of days.
