Actually, it is my disappointment with the US postal service that has caused me
to feel this way. There is no doubt in my mind that they screwed up, not anyone
in the UK. If I was mailing the MP from Antarctica, I'd probably have a higher
measure of confidence...and you gotta love those penguins!
