<description>Yup.  There are drivers:

http://www.dynexproducts.com/pc-197-2-dynex-16-usb-pdaserial-adapter-cable.aspx

Worked fine for ages when I was farting around with the newt a few
years ago. I&#x26;#39;ve emailed Dynex but haven&#x26;#39;t heard back.

<description>Were there ever any OS X drivers for that adapter? I thought it was
windows and OS 9 only.
Seems like the Keyspan adapter is the only one I keep hearing about,
Mine works fine with my g4 running leopard.
If you already have the PC serial to Mac serial adapter you can use
the Keyspan USA-19HS
If you have wifi drivers installed on the newton, thats probably going
to be your best bet.

Good luck

&#x26;gt; Hi all.
&#x26;gt;
&#x26;gt; I dug out my Newt the other day to take it for a spin, again, and I
&#x26;gt; find that my serial adapter (Dynex DX-UBDB9) doesn&#x26;#39;t seem to work with
&#x26;gt; Snow Leopard. I&#x26;#39;d like to apply the 2010 fix, but I can&#x26;#39;t get the
&#x26;gt; thing to connect anymore. Can anyone confirm that this adapter works
&#x26;gt; or does not?
&#x26;gt;
&#x26;gt;
&#x26;gt; I have bluetooth up and running and can move stuff back and forth. I
&#x26;gt; have an old Wifi card, but it won&#x26;#39;t work on my network and I don&#x26;#39;t
&#x26;gt; really care that much about wifi on teh Newt, anyway.
&#x26;gt;
&#x26;gt; Any thoughts on how to get the Newt connected again?
