[NTLK] Power issue

The screen works fine, brand new ribbon cable. The touch screen works, no
flickering. etc.

Ive tried:
Unplugging battery and then plugging in AC adaptor. It will bootup and run
setup.
I tried taking the battery out, taking out the card and reinstalling it etc.
Once you press power off and press power again nothing.

Also battery says waiting (not charging now).

This particular emate had no problems other than the ribbon cable, itd turn
on and off etc everything. Somehow after replacing ribbon cable its now
doing this. Im more than just frustrated right now.
