[NTLK] Remove the sticky skin of a 2000

Best way is using an acetone bath,  but ONLY on the TOP and BOTTOM shells,
they are polycarbonate and will resist the acetone.  The rest of plastic
parts are ABS and will dissolve.

  After that,  the finish is not very good,  as Pawel mentions,   so it's a
good idea to spray paint it.
