[NTLK] Recell Emate Batteries (Alvin Lee)

I wonder how ‘stupid’ the USPS and Canadian postal service would get about shipping batteries?!?

I’d be interested in this service, if the pack comes back viable.  I have two N2Ks, and both battery packs don’t hold a charge.  Time and logistics work against me doing a recell myself.
