In the extras drawer, tap the i it should tell you the OS and patch version.

Also (if I remember right) with 1.3 the package to connect to a desktop
was "Connect" not "Dock" (or was it Connection Kit hmm).  And with 1.3
you couldn't make any package the backdrop (again if I remember right,
been a long time since I played around with 1.3).
