[NTLK] Keyspan USA-28XG driver 2.1b4 for Mac OS 9

Several years ago I was trying to figure out how the Keyspan adapter model
numbers differed.

I came up with what is in the attached .pdf.

It worked for me as best I could test it but remember, you got it from the
internet.
