[NTLK] Newton USB Dongle

If IIRC the interconnect adapter used a standard Mini DIN-8 Mac serial
cable and IF the mini DIN-8P referenced pin spacing matches that of the Mac
cable, then it *should* work. Here is some info on the Mac Mini-DIN-8
