This should have changed by now. SLS printing is quie capable and no longer too pricy. A service provider like Shapeways can probably print this tray. If it is rejected by the software, then there is a "print anyway at my own risk" function that has worked well for me in another context. It would be better though to redesign the tray so that it is not rejected by the service provider.
