No, because there's no such thing as a PCMCIA USB card.

Oh, if you google 'pcmcia usb card' you'll get hits, but when you look closely you'll find they're all really 32 bit CardBus, not actually PCMCIA.

I went through this a few years back trying to find a PCMCIA USB card for an IBM Thinkpad 701CS.
