[NTLK] Newton OS Kernel

There is no Unix in the NewtonOS AFAIK. Only a hand full of standard calls (stdlib) are emulated. There is a tiny subset of MacOS Quickdraw in the ROM. The kernel though is patented for energy efficiency and more, so it should be all original.
