[NTLK] New version of Einstein for Android

This is uncanny: I nearly wrote asking if anyone had heard about an update
to this.

I just updated it it on my Nexus 7 and my 3 minute impression is WOW. I
think that the large boost in speed along with the preservation of state in
the background may make this very usable. Stock N7 running the newest OS
but with no overclocking etc.
