[NTLK] [ANN] Newton OS Errors Database accepting comments again

Hey all,

Grant brought to my attention this past week that the Newton OS Errors
Database <http://tools.unna.org/errors/> was not allowing one to
submit comments. I fixed that on Monday, but have spent the rest of
the week adding a comments moderation tool & human verification of
comments to prevent spam.

So, the doors are now open on Error Code comments. Please help add to
this excellent knowledge base with your personal experiences. Any
developers out there, I can't imagine that the list of errors has
changed at all over the years, but please let me know if there are any
errors that need to be added or categorized.
