[NTLK] data on and off

Got the user manual. Takes quite some time to read 292 pages <g>

Looks like the IR route might be a good starter to get data on the Newt, 
then hop over to WiFi if possible. And perhaps my old Nokia 6310i can be 
used as an old modem over IR.
