[NTLK] Tantalum caps

Tantalum camps don't typically go quietly. There's a lot of chemical
energy in a tantalum. Lab I used to work for, we used tantalums for
buffering switching supplies (which I presume is the same use as the
Newton uses them for), and once or twice people have gotten the
polarity reversed. Big fireball.
