I can't find a current link to Twerks either but I have an address to dan at newts.com (newts.com is unavailable) so you might want to try contacting Dan directly. It used to be on UNNA but a search reveals nothing at the moment.

I don't have access to my Newton archive just at the moment but as soon as I do I'll upload it to my site at http://www.inventors-emporium.co.uk/.

Twerks is a fabulous utility which I use all the time and is ideal for these kinds of transfers.
