[NTLK] How do I install the Keyspan driver?

I have an eMate, a serial cable, a Keyspan USA-28X (just purchased on
eBay for $10 shipped), and an Intel MacBook Pro running OSX 10.6.8. NCX
is in the applications folder, and I downloaded the Keyspan driver (Mac
OS X 10.2.8 to 10.6.x_v2.6.4.pkg) I have the driver in the same folder
as NCX. When going into the NCX preferences all I get for options are:

	* Use Serial Port: Bluetooth-PDA-Sync
	* Use Serial Port: Bluetooth-ModemI choose "Serial" on the eMate for docking, and neither NCX option works.

I've read many posts, here and elsewhere, on making this connection. I always run across "download the driver and install it." But, there's never any instruction on how to install the driver. I figure I'm clueless with regard to that.
What am I doing wrong? Where should the driver go? How can I correct?

Slightly embarrassed,

Brian
