[NTLK] [RARE! (afaik)]Newton demo that was used in Apple Stores (or how they were called…)

I know I'm late, but I'd like to point out some differences between the pre-release version of Newton OS shown in the demo and the final released 1.x versions:

* The separator bar of a note says "9:37 am Mon" whereas the final versions say "Mon 8/22".
* In the final versions, there is no "Message Viewer". It could be an early version of the Messaging Card software or simply a mockup, as the button bar looks like that of the book reader.
* The filing slip appears at the top of the screen, whereas in the final versions, it appears in the center.
* The card style shown in Names does not appear in the final versions.
* The action button in Names has a different icon, yet all other action buttons are the same as in the final versions.
* In the Extras drawer, the Connection icon is labeled "Computer".
* The Card icon has an Apple logo on it; it's blank in the final versions.
* The Formulas icon is labeled "Tables".
* There's a "Game" icon where Time Zones should be. It could be the game that was included on the Getting Started card.
* Time Zones is in place of Prefs, and Prefs is in place of Styles.
* There's a "Keyboard" icon. The "double-tap for keyboard" gesture might have not been implemented yet.
* There's a "Newton 800" book, and in a very odd position, perhaps not to obscure the Styles icon's label with its label.
* There's a small button in the lower left corner of the Extras drawer. Maybe it provides access to debugging features, which can be accessed in the final versions by tapping the upper corners of the drawer.
* The calculator is shorter.
* The result in the calculator is not printed bold.
* The button bar in Dates is different; in the final versions, in place of "Show To Do List"/"Show Calendar" and "New" there are a recognizer toggle control (like in the Notepad) and a "To Do List"/"Calendar" button. Perhaps the "draw a vertical line to create a meeting" gesture had not been implemented yet and the calendar/to do list didn't allow shapes and ink yet.
* There is empty space between a meeting marker and its title.
* Highlighting appears to be different.
* To Do items have a fixed height of one line.
* The To Do list is not sorted by priority or completeness; maybe this wasn't implemented yet.
* The phone keyboard is different; in the final versions, the space and arrows are separated from the numbers, and there is a comma key.
* The call slip appears at the bottom of the screen, whereas in the final versions, it appears at the top.

That appears to be it.
