Also, you might check if it boots properly without the internal keyboard 
plugged in.  The keyboard in my Wallstreet II went bad and the laptop 
wouldn't boot with it plugged in; I could occasionally get the power 
light to come on, but nothing seemed to work.  I'm sure mine has a dead 
PRAM battery as well (won't hold time), but it boots (it chimes and 
waits about 30 secs. then starts right up) and works fine.  If that's 
what's wrong keyboards are generally available on eBay cheap.
