[NTLK] MP2000 woes

The 2000 has no backup battery.  Has a super capacitor that holds a  
charge long enough to change batteries and not lose clock setting.

If you attempts did not include a precise following of Franks  
directions, then try

look at paragraph 3 and do exactly as instructed.  It has worked for  
many.
