[NTLK] Y2010 and 130's

It has been said before that the Y2010 bug only affected 2.1 NOS.  Well
I tried today to use a 130 with NOS 2.0 (which I had not used since the
end of last year).  And it will not set to todays date.  If you do it
goes back to 1976 in a eye blink.  Is there  a patch or fix for this I
missed?
