[NTLK] [ANN] Y2010 + Y2008 fix for 2x00US Newtons

First a big THANK YOU to Eckhart and Paul not to mention all the people
that helped test the patch!

My one question though, what method for the patch to track date/time
past reboots was finally deiced on?  I know there were more than one
originally being discussed.  Or was a way found to bypass the Newtons
"safety feature" of time/date checking upon reboot?
