Planet Finder was made by Prism Research:

It looks like most of Prism Research's site has been migrated over to
<http://newted.org/newtsprism/>, but the Planet Finder page redirects
to an empty Google Cache page. I believe Grant Hutchinson is in
contact with Jonathan Kipling Knight as he's hosting the site for him
on newted.org, so maybe he can nudge him to fix that page.
