Sounds like you have a (semi)automated way of converting pdfs to a readable
format. What is it? Thanks in advance

Tony

On big PDFs it does chug, though. Something in the range of oh, 400
pages of images (a scanned book) takes almost five minutes to open.
Once it's open it reads fine. But I try to keep PDF use on it
smaller. It's good for reading manuals and references. (ANd really,
if I'm loading the thing I try to use almost anything BUT PDF.)
