Re: [NTLK] PCMCIA SD Cards

I have used one with a 64 mb SD chip. I use Paul Guyot's driver and set up 4 16 mb partitions. Works perfectly although a bit slow and seems to consume power quicker. I use it for an archive. One partition for books, one for apps, one for backup of the Newton and one in reserve.

Has anyone had any luck with those PCMCIA cards that serve as adaptors
for an SD memory chip? I've been thinking about getting one because
the inevitable failure of a PCMCIA card scares me, and I figure that
at least with a new SD card I have some guarantee of time...and plus
they're so cheap nowadays.
