LOL!! As a big time Atari user and one who uses an Atari 800 on a
regular basis I have to say... so what? :)

I have one of these. Kinda cool. There was a paint program, you could
make pictures with it. There was a time when I was a part of a
retrochallenge for a month where I was using only Atari computers, and
for a while I thought of making a early Newton device for taking notes
using this touch tablet and a Atari 400. Mind you it wasn't portable.
And the graphics resolution was a bit blocky so it was hard to read my
notes, so the experiment only went on for a day or so.

Now if you want REALLY amazing parallels to then in Atari-land and now,
let's talk about how the Atari SIO port was the early inspiration for
the current USB ports. ;) Now THAT is cool.
