[NTLK] Using Toolikit - how to get my ROM

I am sure this has been covered before - I just cannot find where
specifically.

I am running Mac OS (Classic). I want to build a project in Newton Toolkit.
I have read that I need to upload my ROM from my Newton in order to
prototype things right.

I cannot figure out how to do this.

Step, by step, please lay out for me what I must do here.
