There is some truth in what you say but the other worry is the date assigned to
ToDos posted prior to the rollover date. Fortunately these are likely to be
relatively small in number and so relatively conveniently fixable. However it
would be nice to understand why these behaviours occur so that we can anticipate
other consequences.

Hmmm, this has got me thinking. While the 2010 fix Avi wrote does
create issues right now, after January 5, 2010 it may work as
describe in the readme. I think the biggest problem with the 2010 fix
is that its an extension.
