Go back to Mail V... Simple Mail does not support POP3.

Mail V does support POP3... With the POP3 extension installed. You also must have the word POP! set as the IMAP path in the Owner Setup, under the Advanced tab.

Mail V supports SMTP "Password" Authentication. Also, you may need to set your SMTP Server to use port 587 (Port 25 is usually blocked) by adding a :587 to the end of your SMTP Server:

smtp.mail.yahoo.ca:587
