[NTLK] Patching the NewtonOS

Hi,

I took a closer look at the results of the reverse engineering of patch
717260 done by Kip, and it looks like creating own patches is less
complicated than what people thought. I documented my findings here:

I was able to recreate the original patch from the sources, and played
around with some minor modifications. There are still open issues to be
clarified, but it is for sure less black magic than anticipated.
