I don't know about your Treo, but I'm happily beaming all my Newtons
(120, 2100 and eMate) to the HP 350 via the IrDA accessory I picked up

I bought the portable printer, with a beautiful leather case for $25, ,
and the adapter for $8. Shipping costs brought the total to a little
over $60, but I think I got my money's worth.
