[NTLK] Card lending program: Who handles requests from the US?

Hi all,

the subject says it all. Who takes care of
requests from the US these days? Please remember
to disguise the address with some additional
letters (like x in this case). After all this
is a public forum open the the world's spammers.
Something like

xxnamexxATxxdomainxxDOTcom (minus the x...)
