[NTLK] package organiser with note add-ability?

Is there such a thing as a package organiser that lets you add breif
notes?

For example to be able to tap on an extension and add date installed,
registration info and its associated application?

Helpful I think as the number of packages, extensions and storage items
is growing. Also what to keep etc.
