This something you've heard?

Trust me... after I've been in the Newton community as long as I have I
have heard of...

1997 - Color Newtons
1998 - Palm sized Newtons
1999 - Palm/Newton combo
2000 - Current A whole slew of devices that promised to be what we liked
in the Newton, including iPods and hacks for iPods and even up till
lately when we looked long and hard at the iPhone.

... my advise... believe in a new device when it is not only seen, but
on the shelf. And even that could fall through, so when you have bought
it and it's in your hands. Even then, the question is how much support
does it have at that time?

    I'll talk about a new deivce when several of us have one.
