[NTLK] Bluetooth PPP

Hi

Bit of a Newbie to all this Newton stuff and really enjoying it! I
have an MP2000U upgraded to MP2100.

Bluetooth is working via Pico card but I cant seem to establish a PPP
connection to allow NCX to work. Has anybody got any idiot guides for
config, I suspect the issue is with the Macosx Tiger side of things. I
have tried the Wiki Bluetooth guide but not got much further.
