The contents from the Windows version are here:

http://www.unna.org/view.php?/development/documentation/ProgNewtUsingWin

There's another file here which has the HTML edition of the book as well as
example code in Mac and Win formats:

http://www.unna.org/unna/development/documentation/ProgNewtUsingMac.zip

I don't know which one of these is from which edition of the book though.
