Hi Matt,

I can only encourage people as they show interest and especially if they
have the technical skills to do their part.
I just checked my email trials and see that I requested this back in 2005
from Sytek. Unfortunately it's not in my Gmail records and I'll have to
painstakingly browse through my other mail accounts to see if I can find
them... it should be better now that more email services have searches...
but I'm sure their sales email address was how I requested it and someone
can just shoot this new info to them with the issues and they might have a
quick and easy solution. But if not they might listen to your plea of open
sourcing the code IF it's not essential to their business as in the code is
still being used.
