Just use SBM's program (I forget the name offhand) that allows you to
change the daylight savings time setting, or disable it all together.
He originally wrote it when several countries changed their daylight
savings status.

Ah I just looked it up, it is called Daylight Savings (you would think I
could remember that lol). I think it should be on UNNA, if you can't
find it send me a email and I will send it to you. It was one of his
freeware apps. It seems that his site has been down for a while now.
