[NTLK] heartbeats

Old-Sock Research and Development announces another project nearing
completion. Human Heartbeats Part I is added to http://www.old-sock.co.uk
and describes an experiment to display a heartbeat on a Newton screen.
There's lots of technical detail, possibly too much, and some is likely just
plain wrong (it's only a hobby site after all). Part II should appear in the
New Year.
