Other solutions involve creating a virtual PC running Win98SE. THE virtual
PC software is freely available from Microsoft. It works well XP and Vista.
I have heard it will also work on Win2K but I have no direct experience. I
prefer this method to using Slowdown.exe.

Alternatively, you can install a package called Desktop. It will add an
option to the routing menu that sends text via a serial connection to any
terminal software. This or using Email is the way I dump my notes to my PC.
I use the virtual PC to run NTK and NCU but Desktop for quick text dumps.

I've been trying out the eMate as a note-taking device in meetings, and
it's been very useful (especially as a conversation starter..."say, my
daughter has a Barbie computer too, but it's pink"); the value would be
enhanced if I could share my notes with others, but to do so I have to
get the files onto my desktop.
