I also tried Flashpoint but I found the interface a bit difficult to work with. I have used Life Balance for a while on an off and it works quite well but I feel for my "workflow" it doesn't quite match in. When you go to the Life Balance "To-Do List" it always shows both completed and incomplete items and it is rather difficult to sort and see where items come from unless each "Project" is given it's own "Place" within the system.

The other item that bugs me is that it doesn't allow you to create To Do Items in the Dates App and bring them into Life Balance and vice-versa as then the items would appear inside More Info's "At a Glance" so I know what I need to work on.

Maybe I'm missing something here though. So, if anybody has a suggestion I would be very interested in hearing it.

Regards,

Michael
