[NTLK] (MacPro)... the end of my 2100s

You know I could swear there were at least three solutions I
could download for the Newton and OSX back in 2003 when I first started
using X. Mind you I never could get any of them to work, but that's
besides the point. :)

I guess in my case I generally use system 9 Macs with my Newton
and for the most part my Newton was about 98% independent by that point
(between what was already on cards and what I could get on the internet
with my Newton and grab.

And then there was E E Transfer with a typical term program for
the rest. By 2005 I discovered the Newton had some serious transfer
issues that made having a large store on the Newton pointless, and my
use for the Newton decreased after that. (I wanted an mp3 player, and
the Newton, while it could do it, was not worth the 15 minutes to
download a mp3 file.) :(

I guess I need to get an X solution working just to say I did.

Just went Intel (MacPro) and am wondering whether that spells the end of
my 2100s. I'm completely dependent on NewtSync to back-up my files
(mostly Names with extensive notes on each one). Is there a NewtSync
modification that will let me use it ,
or do you folks have other options to suggest?
Thanks very much.
