[NTLK] MAD Newton help

I have a 2100 and I am attempting to use MADnewton for MP3 streaming.

The newton is completely blank except for the MAD program and the wifi
drivers. However, when I try to play a url, I get an out of soup error the
second I hit play.

any suggestions? I am new to the newton and completely stumped.
