[NTLK] Now that's what I call outstanding service

Hi folks,

you might remember that I still have a problem getting a registration
for
SmartDog's OBEX stack, a month after I paid for it.

Well, yesterday I mailed this issue to help@kagi.com. This is what they
replied:

      Frank,

Have you been checking your junk mail?

           Thanks for your email,

Three lines. Of which one is remotely connected to my problem. Now ain't
THAT amazing?
This helpfulness. This eagerness to solve a customer's problem. Might
have
helped to point out which particular mail or mails to look for in my
junk folder.
Or just a simple attempt at conveying the impression that they give a
damn. Or that
they don't consider their customers imbecile by default.

That's what I answered...

> Have you been checking your junk mail?

No. I usually trash my junk mail without checking it.
But just to make sure, a moment ago I searched the message bodies
of the last 6 weeks' worth of junk mails for the words
"kagi", "obex" or "smartdog". Not unexpectedly this search
      yielded no result.

> Thanks for your email,

I hardly ever have the urge to write impolite mails. But this time it
was a really close call.

Grrr!!

Frank
