This is what I get for posting without researching first. After a quick
Google, I found a number of references to Napalm, but it looks like this
project just up and died. In a post from 2002, it is said that distribution
would be difficult because of the ROM being copyrighted by Palm, but they
are available here: http://www.palmos.com/dev/tools/emulator/ as long as you
register as a palm developer, which seems to just involve jumping through a
few hoops.
