Hi Andrew

Unfortunately, no such luck. I've managed to dig up the card in question,
and it is a model BT2000-CF (no "D"), with a S/N of BT2321003957. Thanks for
volunteering to collect serial #s off-list. Hopefully you'll get enough data
to yield some clues.
