[NTLK] Re-celling Batt Packs

Hi,

Sorry about that; we're having a semantic problem here.

I meant recelling (since the original cells are now dead or nearly so) instead of reconditioning.

This implies re-using the old batt. pack and using new Ni-Mb cells.
