[NTLK] Another eMate hinge fixer

Hey Everyone,

        I just wanted to let you all know that I've fixed/examined enough of
these hinges to feel comfortable with the procedure and I'm happy to
fix them for anyone who needs/wants them fixed. I also have no idea
in what other circumstance I'm going to use these tools I bought, so
I have to justify them somehow :)
  I'll do it at whatever price the other guys do it at.
