Yup.

Open Extras.

Switch to the "Storage" folder.

Tap on Names. You'll get a summary window with # of entries, amount of space,
for each store. Tap the Delete button in this window and confirm. It will
delete ALL Names entries from ALL current stores.

Repeat for Dates.
